How do I know what cleansing products are right for me?

The answer to the first question is unique to each individual, but I would like to offer a few questions that one could ask themselves when deciding on whether or not a cleanse would be beneficial for them. 

 
1. Do you regularly consume red and processed meats? 
2. Do you regularly consume refined sugars and flours? 
3. Do you regularly consume dairy products?
